XML-based Macromedia Flash technology has been incorporated into RoboHelp so that help-page writers and software developers can customize their help systems with interactivity and sound. In addition, the new version of RoboHelp has enhanced support for Adobe FrameMaker that allows accelerated creation of help systems. Users can create documents in FrameMaker, convert them to .MIF format and import directly to RoboHelp. Work from multiple authors can be joined as well with eHelp's WebHelp Merging.

Netsec Specter 7.0
Specter honeypot software from Netsec has added automated online updates of its decoy content as well as its vulnerability database, letting the honeypot change constantly without the need for user interaction. This virtually undetectable honeypot also includes a proprietary feature that generates executable programs in a variety of operating systems and leaves hidden marks on an attacker's computer. These marks contain information that might be used by law enforcement or for reconstructing a security breach.
Eiffel Software EnVision 1.1
Eiffel has added new features and bug fixes to the latest version of EnVision,
a plug-in used by developers with Microsoft Visual Studio .Net for building applications. EnVision, the language component of the Eiffel Development Framework, speeds things up via Eiffel's new Melting Ice incremental compiler that lets users compile only the portion of their system that has changed. Other improvements include enhancement of the auto-documentation features and the addition of XML support and several Eiffel code libraries.
